She is going to send me some into that she had tracked down. Has a picture from a shop in Copenhagen with my grandfather's parents. They never came to US. She thinks grandfather came into the US through Canada. He was injured when they (or someone) was moving. Was trying to hold down a mattress on top of a car and the wind blow it off with him on top of it. Spent a lot of time in the VA Hospital (not sure if he was a vet?) and they didn't think he would walk again, but I guess he did." Per Ancestry.com records: Arrived in Quebec, Canada on 15 MAY 1903 aboard the ship "Tunisian" which departed from Liverpool, England. He was 18 at the time, born about 1885 and listed as Danish. Spelled Christiansen on this record. Another researcher, jwknickmath, notes: "Ticket paid for by brother, Chris T. Christensen (?). Final destination, Minneapolis, MN, per manifest, 4 May 1903, SS Tunisian." Lots of trees on Ancestry.com have middle name as Olivarius, but that Holger Christensen didn't come to US until 1936, so it's clearly not him.
